Host recharging

This is host recharging based on https://wikis.uni-paderborn.de/pgandi/Simulator_Code_Documentation#Node_Reset. However, a delay was added to really have hosts with empty battery for a while and we ignored the respawning at random locations, because that is actually less realistic.
