Feature sonar coverage reports

As requested I added the analysis of code coverage to sonarqube. The result of a first analysis can be found at http://pg-andi-redmine.cs.upb.de:9000/dashboard?id=de.upb.cs.andi.simulator%3Afeature-sonar-coverage-reports

Coverage reports will be executed during sonarqube analysis in our continuous build at our master branch as well as in th manual step for other branches.
