Complete big script to create all graphics
Produces a pdf file now, although it might take a while (~5 minutes for pdf alone, and calling the perl scripts also takes some minutes).
Dependent on basically all script MRs: !128 (merged), !129 (merged), !130 (merged), !134 (merged), !135 (merged), !136 (merged), !133 (merged). Only merge this once those are merged.
Also test that the script works on your system!
