Concerning the WIP status: How are we gonna figure out the number? I think the utility mechanism doesn't need changes, the maximum makes sense there.

@mbruns42 I documented the changes, try https://wikis.uni-paderborn.de/pgandi/index.php?title=Simulator_Code_Documentation&type=revision&diff=4232&oldid=4073 to see them. While doing so, I noticed that now, we send map data along with the other data. That's not realistic. Should I change it s.t. it is a single message? It is a bug, but as we don't use map data right now, we never experience it. I could also open a ticket instead.
