In Version 1, we want for the software:

• all documentation to be completed
• all tools involved in regular use cases (scanning, renaming, inserting of exams; lending and returning; searching) to be completed and tested for correct function.

And for our archive:

• inventory of physical folders performed and the data exploited by adjusting digital folders accordingly
• setup of the tool in our VM to be done so that our website can switch to it for serving our web interfaces
